“Due, in large part, to Tushar’s handling of the case and cross-examination of the witnesses, the Judge found no option but to dismiss the charge.”
“I have recently had reason to retain the services of a criminal attorney to defend me on two charges of domestic assault, one charge of fail to comply with bail conditions and one charge of fail to appear. I was fortunate enough to happen across the name of Tushar Pain in the Yellow Pages and I hope that anyone in a similar position is as fortunate as I was.
I had retained a different attorney to deal with the first case of assault, but due to miscommunications and my total lack of prior contact with the justice system, I had missed a court date. A bench warrant was issued and as a result of an altercation with my girlfriend of the time, I was arrested on that warrant and then granted bail with a surety. At that time I started looking for an attorney who who would be more understanding of my complete lack of comprehension of the justice system. It was then that I contacted Tushar.
From the very beginning, he gave me a sense of confidence that I could trust him and have implicit faith in his advice and counsel. Within a short space of time my ex-girlfriend had accused me of a second assault and the police had also charged me with failure to comply with bail conditions. On Tushar’s advice, I willingly surrendered myself and, true to his word, he managed to arrange bail for me against a strong fight from the Crown Attorney.
Tushar was able to get the failure to comply charge dismissed and the fail to appear charge withdrawn. The second assault charge was also withdrawn by the Crown and we recently went to trial with the original assault charge. Due, in large part, to Tushar’s handling of the case and cross-examination of the witnesses, the Judge found no option but to dismiss the charge.
So, in conclusion, Tushar was able to steer me through the justice system and ensure that I emerged at the end of an extremely harrowing experience with an unblemished record.”
